Your employees or agents log into the call center and then the VirtualPBX® routes the calls to the agents in a first come first served basis. If all of your agents are busy taking calls, your customers are placed on hold until an agent is free. They'll never know the Sales Rep they're connecting to is not at your office! This is the ideal solution for sales and support organizations with remote, on-the-road, or distributed teams.

And because the VirtualPBX® is a service that you can use with any phone lines or as an overlay to your existing phone system, there's no need to purchase, install or maintain new phone equipment.
